Connecting to the power of the moon
Everything is energy; the Universe is animated.
Every energy has a certain quality that can be called upon to help us. In shamanism, we also refer to this energy as a spirit. Each plant, stone, tree, mountain and even the planets including the moon has an energy/spirit and quality that can be invoked to help us connect with it.
Grandmother Moon or in the Quechua language - Mama Killa in her fullness provides an opportunity to connect with her powerful celestial light and ride the wave of illumination.
Here I will share a simple yet powerful process to ride that wave taught to me by Sadhguru.
The instructions must be followed exactly and on the night of the full moon only (no other night) between moonrise and midnight.
If you are able, go outside. Sit cross legged looking up at the moon; plug your right nostril with your thumb and consciously breathe in the moonbeam. Breathe in this manner for no more than 4 minutes - set a timer.
If you are unable to be outside, then sit looking out a window.
